In this episode, I really wanted to share with you what options you have available to you so that you can improve your relationship with food in 2024. This is going to be a compilation of tips, resources, and support options so that you can really dive into what would support you best. So that you’re able to finally move forward and make 2024 the year that you finally embrace and embody food freedom for yourself! No more stressing over food.
For this part, I’d encourage you to write down these prompts on a piece of paper and answer the questions truthfully and honestly for yourself. This is all just information that will help you with your assessment of your current relationship with food so that you can see what steps will be most aligned for YOU specifically to take to move forward and improve your relationship with food. As always, proceed with curiosity and not judgment.

Since everyone’s journey is unique and different, I won’t be able to deep dive into everything right here, but what I do want to encourage you to do is to do a little of what I call “intuitive self coaching” and what I mean by that is that I want you to take a look at your relationship with food assessment you just did, and decide which of those areas would feel like the right next step for you to tackle.
Some examples:
You get the idea! Take your assessment and see what feels like it would be helpful for you to work on. And i’d encourage you to just choose 1 for now! Baby steps.
You may not clearly know, and that’s OKAY. Practice using your intuition, what feels right? And if you still don’t know, take a guess! There truly is no right or wrong. And if you still don’t know what to do, then I’d encourage you to get some further support, either by other specific Intuitively You podcast episodes, or by the resources + support items I’m about to share with you here in this episode.
