I’m Jenn, and I’ve been where you are.

Former binge eater turned Food Freedom Dietitian & Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I spent years trapped in the diet-binge cycle, tracking every bite, then bingeing every “off-limits” food in the house. I felt out of control, ashamed, and stuck in a loop that no amount of willpower could fix.


Today, I help women break free from binge eating, rebuild trust with their bodies, and finally feel calm, in control, and free around food and this podcast is an extension of that work.

But healing is possible. I know because I lived it.
