Please note these services are for folks located in Ontario ONLY. Nutrition Counselling sessions are provided virtually. 

These services may be covered or partially covered by your health insurance plan. Please be sure to check with your insurance plan to see your Regsitered Dietitian or Nutrition coverage. We don’t provide direct billing and can’t guarantee coverage, but are more than happy to provide invoices for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Change takes time. We’ll meet on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly ongoing basis to support you in reaching your goals for your relationship with food. 

Your journey is individual to you and will take a unique amount of time to reach your goals in your relationship with food. 

Throughout our time working together, we will continue to assess what level of support is right for you. Your ongoing support package can be cancelled or changed to a different level of support at any time with 14-day notice.

How Does Ongoing Support Work? 

Prior to working with Jenn, a lot of my mental bandwidth was taken up with fear, guilt and lack of control around food. I struggled with the good/bad narrative and was stuck in a loop of binge and restriction with a lot of my favourite foods. Since working with Jenn I have noticed how much headspace I have without thoughts of food consuming my thoughts, and enjoy favourite foods without feeling guilty or out of control. I would absolutely recommend Jenn to anyone considering an intuitive eating journey.

Before I started working with Jenn, I had a lot of different food “rules” and guilt swirling around in my head. I also used to have major sugar cravings and felt somewhat uncontrolled around desserts. Now, I don’t feel the draw toward it as a forbidden food.
